OutScribe rates
When uploading your audio you will be able to select the turnaround time, which is your base rate, the audio quality, as well as other factors relating to the audio. You are also able to select additional requirements (variance surcharges) for the type of transcript you require. We charge by "per audio minute". Rates available upon request.

OutScribe invoice
All audio files and transcribed documents will be purged from our server after receipt of payment, so please ensure you download all transcribed documents once completed.
A PDF copy of your invoice will be emailed to you weekly and is payable within 14 days. All payments are to be made electronically (our preferred method of payment) or by cheque. Credit card payments can be made via PayPal, although a transaction fee will be added. Swift / Telegraphic Transfer are also available but the appropriate transaction fee will be charged.
