Job satisfaction

Our highest concern is that our clients receive accurate and high quality transcripts.  If at any time we feel that due to audio quality, or other factors, that a transcript will have many time stamps throughout it we will contact the client to receive further instructions.  (Our transcriptionists insert a time stamp whenever there is an unknown or unclear word or phrase.)

We also invite feedback and suggestions as to how we can further improve our services and procedures.
